Susan found a recipe in a magazine about using “Black Truffle Sea Salt” on popcorn and it sounded interesting so we thought we would try it. We found, pretty much by accident, an olive oil & vinegar store on NW Broadway here in Portland called Benessere and went in to ask them if they had it.
Well, they did, we bought some and you have to try it on popcorn. It is SO good. We’ve also been using it on orzo and other pasta dishes. You can also find it listed on Amazon. Enjoy!
